Hi, I’m Emily

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor–Associate specializing in OCD, anxiety, and trauma.

If you feel stuck in intrusive thoughts, constant worry, or patterns that don’t seem to respond to traditional talk therapy, you’re not alone. Many of the individuals I work with are highly motivated but feel caught in cycles that are difficult to break.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), EMDR, CBT, and DBT, to help you respond differently to thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that creates real, lasting change.

  • EMDRIA-approved training in EMDR
  • Intensive training in ERP, interoceptive exposure, and anxiety treatment through the University of Pennsylvania CTSA
  • Advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
